Recommended path for beginners

If you are new to the sector, we recommend following the module order: General Regulatory Framework → Technical Bioinput Categories. Module 1 establishes the common legal framework (Law 15,070/2024, registration, competencies, incentives, fees, infractions) that Module 2 assumes as known when covering each technical category. Professionals who already master the general legal framework can go straight into Module 2.

General & Cross-Cutting Regulatory Framework

Understand the legal framework of Law No. 15,070/2024, the transition regime, the establishment and product registration procedure, production for own use, MAPA/ANVISA/IBAMA competencies, incentives, the Trepda fee, and the infractions regime — applicable to any bioinput category.

Module 2

Plant-Use and Animal/Aquaculture-Use Bioinputs

The six technical bioinput categories: microbiological control agents, macrobiological control agents, semiochemicals, biochemical products, inoculants and biofertilizers — plus, in the same module, animal and aquaculture use bioinputs.
